Brian L. Bloom's practice focuses on commercial litigation, as well as receiverships and writs of attachment. Mr. Bloom graduated from the University of California, San Diego, in 2000 and received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2004. During law school, Mr. Bloom was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, and the Santa Clara Computer & High Technology Law Journal. Upon being admitted to the California State Bar, Mr. Bloom represented children, parents and legal guardians in the juvenile dependency systems of Sacramento and Santa Clara Counties.
