Born in Santa Monica, California , Mr. Becker earned his B.A. in 1981 from the University of California at San Diego, and his Juris Doctorate in 1984 from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Mr. Becker is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the State Bar of Nevada, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and District of Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
