Ms. Chin has been practicing law since 1997. Ms. Chin has litigated a variety of cases ranging from real estate and construction defect matters to employment and general business matters involving various contract and tort claims. Ms. Chin has practiced in both State and Federal Courts. Since joining the Firm, Ms. Chin's practice has focused on litigation involving creditor's rights and financial services. Ms. Chin is a member of the American Bar Association.

Ms. Chin was born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She earned her B.A. in History and French from the University of California at Berkeley in 1992, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Berkeley School of Law, Boalt Hall in 1993.
