Mr. Cronin's practice emphasizes commercial litigation and prejudgment remedies, including receiverships, injunctions, attachments, writs of possession and execution and enforcement of judgments.

Mr. Cronin earned a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in finance, a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut. He was admitted to practice in 1994.

Mr. Cronin served as In-House Counsel for a corporation providing commercial lending and leasing services. A litigator for over ten years, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Cronin's appellate court experience includes assisting with the representation of Respondents in Palmer/Sixth Street Properties v. City of Los Angeles (2009) 175 Cal.App.4th 1396, regarding the imposition of municipal zoning ordinances on developers. Mr. Cronin is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section and Financial Lawyers Conference and has represented a Creditors Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District
