Peter Csato has practiced with the Firm since 1979. Mr. Csato's practice emphasizes commercial litigation in the area of prejudgment and postjudgment remedies, including receiverships, injunctions, attachments, writs of possession, and execution and enforcement of judgments. He has special expertise in cases involving debtor misconduct and fraud. Mr. Csato is a bonded state court receiver.

Mr. Csato has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Committee on Prejudgment Remedies. He has lectured frequently for the California Continuing Education of the Bar, Equipment Leasing Association, the Commercial Finance Conference of California, and various client groups on creditors' remedies, prejudgment use of provisional remedies, post judgment remedies, and fraud detection and avoidance.

Mr. Csato received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1976 where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1979. He was admitted to practice in California in 1979.
