Mr. Donoyan's practice primarily consists of commercial litigation in the areas of creditor's rights and collections in matters involving commercial lending and leasing. In addition to prosecuting claims against borrowers and guarantors and defending institutional clients in civil matters, Mr. Donoyan has also represented creditors and debtors in Bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Donoyan has represented clients in the following types of cases:

• Provisional remedies, including appointment of receivers, writs of attachment, and writs of possession
• Judicial foreclosure actions
• Actions to recover fraudulent conveyances
• Defense of lender liability actions, including violations of TILA, RESPA, Elder Abuse and Fraud
• Defense of actions to recover preferential transfers in bankruptcy court
• Obtaining relief from stay in bankruptcy court

Born in Glendale, California, Mr. Donoyan earned a B.A. from the University of Arizona, where majored in History and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to practice in 2003.

Mr. Donoyan is fluent in Armenian.
