Mr. Fairley's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation in the areas of creditor's rights and collections in matters involving commercial lending, leasing and factoring. Mr. Fairley also has represented major financial institutions in the defense of consumer class actions and in matters relating to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Fairley earned his B.A. in 1990 and his J.D. in 1995, from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Law Review.
