Mr. Fletcher is an AV Rated lawyer whose practice emphasizes commercial, real estate, and bankruptcy litigation; major debt workout negotiations, restructuring, and documentation of commercial, personal property and real estate-secured, and construction credits. Mr. Fletcher served as research assistant to Peter Coogan, one of the original draftsmen/correspondents of the Uniform Commercial Code. He has lectured to client groups and organizations such as Robert Morris Associates.
