Ms. Lee's practice emphasizes commercial litigation in the area of prejudgment remedies, including receiverships, injunctions, attachments, writs of possession and execution and enforcement of judgments. Ms. Lee has been representing financial institutions for more than twenty years.

Ms. Lee received her B.A. from the University of California at Irvine, California in 1975, and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1979, where she was a member of the International Law Journal and the Moot Court Honors Program. Ms. Lee was admitted to practice in California in 1979.
