Ms. Packer's practice emphasizes employment law, business law and employment and business litigation. Ms. Packer earned her B.A. from Sacramento State University in 1972 and her Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law in 1977, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure. Ms. Packer was admitted to practice in California in 1977.
