Mr. Revelt is a transactional attorney specializing in representing lenders and financial institutions. Typical transactions include loan structuring, modifications, and work-outs, loan sales, and REO sales. Mr. Revelt began his career as a military attorney for the Air Force, and then represented real estate developers and technology companies for five years in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions.
