Ms. Robertson's practice emphasizes commercial lending transactions and workouts of loans secured by real and personal property. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Robertson was senior counsel at Security Pacific National Bank, California Federal Bank and most recently, Asst. General Counsel at Washington Mutual Bank. Ms. Robertson is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Financial Lawyers Conference. Ms. Robertson has been a panelist at the California Bankers Association Bank Counsel Seminar.

Ms. Robertson received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles.
