Mr. Tabibian is an attorney in the real estate transactional group in Frandzel's Los Angeles office. Mr. Tabibian counsels and represents institutional lenders and commercial banks, borrowers, investors, real estate developers, buyers, sellers, creditors, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of complex real property transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity finance, loan workouts and restructure, commercial leasing, development, joint ventures, and foreclosures. His practice deals with a variety of real property, including commercial, hotel, office, retail, and industrial, as well as residential and vacant land. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tabibian practiced at a large international law firm where he represented many Fortune 100 clients in a variety of real estate, finance, and bankruptcy matters.
