Ms. Trendacosta is the managing shareholder of the firm. Ms. Trendacosta's practice emphasizes real estate transactions (including secured transactions and purchase and sale), commercial finance (including asset based lending and automobile dealer flooring), conduit financing, real estate and commercial workouts, and financial institution regulatory matters. Before joining the firm, Ms. Trendacosta was vice president and manager of government relations and compliance for Union Bank of California, where she was responsible for Union Bank's regulatory, compliance, governmental, and political activities. She served on the board of directors of the California Bankers Association, and was an active public policy committee member of the California Bankers Clearing House Association. Ms. Trendacosta is currently general counsel for the Western Independent Bankers Association and is a member of the California Bankers Association Federal Government Relations Committees. She is a member of the State Bar of California.

Ms. Trendacosta earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
