Shari Marks Ms. Shari Marks is a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and has her law degree from the University of California Hastings College of Law.  Her legal practice for the last twenty years has included extensive federal and state litigation involving bankruptcy, commercial loan enforcement, lender liability defense and insurance related matters.  In addition to litigation, Ms. Marks has significant transactional experience including documentation of original loan transactions, real and personal property leases, secured transactions and workouts.  Ms. Marks has been a panelist for the Bar Association of San Francisco's continuing education program in the field of enforcement of judgments.
