Holly Roark

Ms. Roark's practice emphasizes commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy, prejudgment remedies, including receiverships, injunctions, attachments, and writs of possession and execution, and the enforcement of judgments.

Ms. Roark moved to Los Angeles from Redding, California in 1995. She graduated in 1997 from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology. Ms. Roark graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2004. She was an executive board member of the Southwestern Law Review in 2003-2004, and was on the Craven Moot Court team as a writer and oralist in 2002-2003. While in law school, Ms. Roark served as an extern to the Honorable Vincent P. Zurzolo, Bankruptcy Judge of the Central District of California.

Ms. Roark was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004, and to the State Bar of Idaho in 2005. Ms. Roark is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
