Brenda H. Ruttenberg
Ms. Ruttenberg's practice emphasizes commercial lending transactions, including real and personal property secured transactions, asset based lending, municipal finance, and credit enhancement for tax-exempt revenue bond financing. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ruttenberg served as Senior Counsel at Bank of America and Security Pacific National Bank. She has lectured at the California Bankers Association Bank Counsel Program, Practicing Law Institute, and the California Minority Counsel Program. Ms. Ruttenberg is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Ms. Ruthenberg is a member of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.
Ms. Ruttenberg earned her B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
