Albert Moon is a shareholder at the firm specializing in commercial real estate finance, representing both private lenders and regional and national institutional lenders in all phases of real estate financings from loan origination through documentation, negotiation and closing. Such financings include acquisition, construction, development and refinance of raw land, office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments, multifamily properties, hotels, industrial buildings, healthcare and nursing facilities and residential subdivision developments.
Albert also advises lenders with loan workouts and restructurings and documents loan sales and participations, real property sales transactions, loan assumptions, modifications, forbearance agreements and settlements of distressed loans.
