Since admission to the practice of law in 2008, Chanel L. Oldham has focused her practice on civil litigation. Chanel L. Oldham has both prosecuted and defended institutional clients in areas including creditor's rights and commercial litigation, financial services litigation, employment litigation, and construction and development litigation.
In connection with her litigation practice, Chanel L. Oldham regularly drafts and prepares pleadings and also regularly appears in Court hearings and conferences, takes and defends depositions, and attends mediations in California's state courts (including the appellate courts), federal courts, and bankruptcy courts. Chanel L. Oldham has also helped with the presentation of arbitration matters before JAMS.
Prior to joining Frandzel, Chanel L. Oldham also helped counsel various financial services clients in order to implement policies and procedures to comply with new State regulations and mandates.
