Christopher E. Gravell

BIO

Chris joined Frandzel in 2016 in the Real Estate Transactions Group. Chris’ practice focuses on commercial and real estate loan documentation for banks, lenders, and other financial institutions. Chris is also well versed in real estate transactions, loan restructures, and real property sales. Prior to joining Frandzel, Chris was a litigation attorney and Legislative Counsel to a United States Representative.

Chris works with numerous large regional and national financial institutions.

Chris is always interested in helping clients reach their goal in specific transactions and generally through educational presentations or meetings to discuss significant changes in law and practice.
