Heather is a bankruptcy lawyer and commercial litigator, specializing in representing creditors, lenders, and businesses in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases as well as in connection with litigation in federal and state court.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Represented private lender with Frandzel’s bankruptcy practice group in connection with motion for relief from stay, successfully obtaining order granting in rem relief from stay, permitting lender to foreclose.
Worked with Frandzel team in obtaining payment in full of bank’s claim upon closing of § 363(b) sale of $40 million commercial real estate collateral.
