Holly Carto is a transactional attorney with the firm. Her practice focuses on all aspects of lender representation, including representation of commercial banks, private equity funds, commercial finance companies and other lenders in real estate and commercial loan transactions from loan origination through documentation, negotiation and closing.
Prior to joining the firm Ms. Carto was a partner with a law firm in Chicago, Illinois where she represented lenders in the areas of commercial real estate foreclosures, loan workouts, and Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy matters.
