Larry Grosberg is an experienced litigator whose emphasizes employment law, business law and business litigation. He is a shareholder of the firm. For over 30 years, Larry has been solving business and litigation matters for clients. In addition to creating corporations and limited liability companies, he has represented those companies in negotiating leases, mergers and acquisitions, and sales of assets, and he has also created numerous revocable trusts and wills for corporate executives and individuals as well.
