Morgan’s practice focuses on transactional matters for banks, lenders, special servicers and other financial institutions, with an emphasis on commercial and real estate loan documentation, as well as real estate transactions.
She has documented and closed deals that include acquisition, refinancing, construction and development of raw land, office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments, multifamily properties, hotels, industrial buildings and residential subdivision developments.
Prior to shifting to transactional matters, Morgan litigated complex environmental and product liability cases.
Morgan earned her B.A. degree from the Boston College and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Morgan is admitted to the Bar in California.
