Patricia Y. Trendacosta

BIO

Patricia Trendacosta's practice emphasizes real estate transactions (including secured transactions and purchase and sale), commercial finance (including asset based lending and automobile dealer flooring), conduit financing, real estate and commercial workouts, and financial institution regulatory matters.  She served as the firm's managing shareholder for over 12 years steering the firm through some of its most profitable years.

Before joining the firm, Patricia was vice president and manager of government relations and compliance for a major multinational bank, where she was responsible for the bank's regulatory, legislative, compliance, governmental, and political activities.  During her tenure, she served on the board of directors of the California Bankers Association and as deputy to the bank's CEO in all major trade and economic organizations.

As an active participant in the banking community, she has held board positions in trade and banking organizations, chairing audit and strategic planning committees and serving on institutions' lending and compensation committees.  As chair of the strategic planning committee, Ms. Trendacosta forged board consensus that led to a successful merger, maximizing shareholder value.

Ms. Trendacosta is currently on the board of Neighborhood National Bank and served as general counsel for the Western Independent Bankers Association for over 20 years.
