Reina Clark represents banks, private lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, financial institutions and other parties in federal and state court. Ms. Clark specializes in financial restructurings, securities products, and commercial and employment litigation. Ms. Clark has experience representing lenders, broker-dealers, financial institutions, and governmental organizations in various aspects of litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clark worked at a law firm in which she practiced in the areas of employment law, securities litigation, commercial law, corporate law, and real estate law for a wide range of clients. In addition, she worked in-house at an investment bank in Century City, practicing corporate governance, securities litigation and transactional work, and compliance work. Ms. Clark has also worked at FINRA, conducting investigations, advising on and enforcing regulatory laws with member firms.
She has also previously passed the Series 7, 24 and 66 exams. Ms. Clark has extensive transactional and litigation experience in a wide-range of securities products including RMBS, CMBS, municipal securities, equities, private placements, opportunistic funds and IPOs. In addition, she has extensive experience in workplace employment issues, including sexual harassment, disability issues, and discrimination allegations.
