Wesley King is an associate in Frandzel's transactional group. Mr. King focuses his practice on real estate transactions and finance, financial services, commercial loan documentation, and unique financial transactions. Mr. King has successfully closed a variety of complex financial matters, including leveraged ESOP transactions, business acquisitions, municipal bond offerings, warehouse lines of credit, agricultural financings, and other secured transactions. Moreover, Mr. King has handled a wide variety of business and real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, construction contracts, service agreements, and other business matters.
Before joining Frandzel, Mr. King practiced in public finance, facilities, and real estate transactions, and handled municipal bond and real estate litigation for public schools. This past litigation experience informs Mr. King's transactional practice, making him a more comprehensive advisor and advocate for his clients. Prior to practicing law, Mr. King worked for several commercial real estate developers and hedge funds, giving him a keen insight in his current clients' business needs.
Mr. King is active in the Greater Los Angeles legal community. In 2016, Mr. King served as President of the LGBT Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. He remains active in the legal community, regularly speaks at local law schools, mentors law students, and participates in pro bono activities.
