Carol Robertson has accrued a depth and breadth of knowledge about banking and commercial finance having been in-house counsel for large national banks before joining the firm in 2008.
As a senior counsel in the Firm's transactional group, her practice emphasizes commercial and real estate loan documentation, asset based lending, loan workouts and restructures, real estate and REO purchase and sale transactions, personal property secured loans and SBA lending.
She also practices in the areas of bank regulatory compliance and banking operations.
