BIO
Geoff Olin's practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions and other commercial and real property secured lenders, providing services that include the documentation of lending transactions, loan sales, problem loan workouts, and the enforcement of lender rights and exercise of its remedies.
Prior to joining the firm, Geoff served as in-house counsel to a California bank, where he was an integral part of a small legal team that supported the bank through several novel events, such as its first public offering and transition to a public company, the first securitization of loans in its portfolio, branch expansion outside of California, and other unique business initiatives. There, his role included advising on the day-to-day operations of all bank departments and supporting the lending, operations and special assets departments.
